trouble with form

So i am trying to create a log app using bbui and jquery and local sqllite but i am working on the form itself first. I am having a problem with certain fields which need more than 1 row i believe i am using textarea but these areas are not rendering properly it is coming as small fields but have the right number of rows. i need help in what to do....

bbui has this problem.  Its a styling issue which I hope gets resolved soon.  Every other input has been styled except textarea.

 

I had a workaround which made it look better but never really tested it properly AND it didn't allow for rows although it had rows.  Are you using bbui 0.9.3?

 

If you are try this...

Go to line 116 and add textarea on the end. Code should look something like this.

bb.textInput.apply(root.querySelectorAll('input[type=text], [type=password], [type=tel], [type=url], [type=email], [type=number], [type=date], [type=time], [type=datetime], [type=month], [type=datetime-local], [type=color], textarea'));

Haven't tested this on all platforms AND it seems to ignore the rows showing pretty much one line.

The_Anomaly, have you considered contributing your workaround to the bbUI.js Github project?  You will need to sign a contributor's agreement, and then you can submit a pull request for this change.
