Thanks for the advice, when I try to set up my email, the only option to come up is to use a work email with a blackberry enterprise server, no other options.

Hi again alicat27. It sounds like you need to contact your carrier and subscribe to the Blackberry data plan. Once you have subscribed you should be able to set up your BB Internet Service email. Once you have your data plan, see this KB article:. Setting up BB Email from device

if this was purchased used and you use it for personal only then you need to do this to remove the IT policy on it
