Blackberry User Once More

Hello to all experts and not so experts.   I just recently acquired a Blackberry Tour 9630 through my company communications provider, Cbeyond.

I am happy to be returning to the Blackberry platform after spending the last few months using a Motorola Droid.  The best that I can say was that it was interesting.  Some of the apps were fun, but overall, I cannot wait to resell it in the secondary market.

Prior to the Droid, I used (and still have) a BB 8130 Pearl.  I have also used other BB's in the past.

So I am here to get up to speed on what I may have been missing out on.

It appears that the Tour is much more "app" friendly then what I was accustomed to with the Pearl.

Anyway, very happy to be back and being able to accomplish effectively in one key stroke what was often taking 4 or more on the Droid.   It's back to business!

Hi and welcome back bookbean1 to the forums! :smileyhappy:

A couple of places for you to re-visit: Blackberry 101    Tips & Tricks

VERY happy to have you back.  I've had my eye on the Tour for some time, but just can't part with my Curve.  She has been great.  So tell us a little more about your experience with the Droid.

Happy to have you here! :smileyvery-happy:
