Hi everyone,
I upgraded my phone and entered a new PIN after installing the Desk Top manager NOW my "Manager" has a different Curret PIN and Active PIN - is ther any way to reconcile this - NO ONE IS OF ANY HELP AT VERIZON, BLACKBERRY or anywhere else to help resolve this. That is quite useless considering how much all this cost! - ANSWERS PLEASE SOON!

Where did you change the PIN? On your Verizon BIS account?

in addition to what jsanders asked... did you back up your prior BlackBerry phone before you changed?
