Hello all

 

As you can see I'm new to this forum.

 

I have to admit that I know absolutely nothing about Blackberry's or phones ... but I've found my way here looking for help with my daughters phone.  As you can imagine a teenager with an unagreeable phone is not a happy bunny ... so I'm trying my best but please be gentle with me :Helpsmilie:
