What brings me here?
I bought a Playbook for my daughter, for Christmas.
This is my first experience with a Blackberry product.
I am having troubles setting it up. I sent an email to the email address posted on the blackberry.com site, but the reply I got was that I do not have a ticket number, and that I should contact support via a blackberry.com page. And the page they directed me to was the page on which I found the email address in the first place. Kind of circular non-help. Needless to say, I am somewhat frustrated at this point. Hence my arrival here.
I will wander over to the Playbook forums now and post my question there.
