I found out about this Forum from my Phone supplier when I couldn't move my contacts from iphone3GS to my Blackberry Curve 9360, even with the Blackberry desktop software my contacts AND music would not transfer, I think it's to do with icloud, anyway  a guy from Orange sent me a link to a post on this site that should solve the problem when I follow the instructions. I think Apple are breaking the UK Data Protection Act by preventing ME from moving my data (over 360 contacts and 150 Albums you can't even save contacts to the siM CARD card to move them, this is very protectionist by Apple. Virtually forcing people to upgrade to the next iphone instead of changing manufacturers, however I do like my new phone and will stay with it  The Blackberry Curve 9360 is so much better than the iphone. I hope to be able to contribute to the forum with helpful advice
