I'm located in south FL and a professional educator/trainer for a significant company. We use Blackberry's for all our ops,
but mine is for personal use. I happened onto this site by accident today after having tried in vain to contact Blackberry support.
My service is with AT&T and they are no help either. Not necessarilly a forum type person, I do value the opinions and experinces of thoes having hi-tech type info. This forum seemed the right place, surely I can learn something form it. Recently the little silver "O" ring on my Curve 8320 that supports the rolleball fell off. Seems an impossible task to find a replacement. Maybe someone here has an idea if this is possible. Surely there has to be some spare parts available somewhere. Just asking for a little help. Thanks.

I have fixed quite a few already. Just order the part from eBay or go into a flee market and they should sell them there. I order mines from eBay and for $3.00 you get them on the mail. Most of the vendors are from Hong Kong so it takes about a week but they get here.
Here is a link to eBay with the search:

BBtechsupport, you are great, many thanks. I have order the part, it was so easy. I won't begin to express the amount of
misinformation I was being given by AT&T. This was my first day here and a success story at the same time. I'm gonna like being here, again, thanks
I'm rockin the BlackBerry Passport, Z30, Z10, Q10, BlackBerry Mini Stereo Speaker, 64 gig PlayBook, BlackBerry Wireless Headset HS-700
