Q: How do I ask for help?
Reloaded BB Desktop.
Error Message: "Translator DLL is not loaded"
Hi and Welcome to the Community!
You ask for help simply by posting into the proper forum...look on the main page:
Select the board that best meets the topic of your inquiry...from what you say, it sounds like the Desktop Software board (either PC or MAC, I cannot quite tell), which is in the "BlackBerry Software" section on that main page.
When you do post, please put yourself in the mindset of someone reading your post...no one can see you, no one can see your system, no one can clairvoyantly understand what is going on with your situation...put enough details in so that someone can read what you present and, with a little luck, have an immediate answer for you not requiring a back and forth of questions and answers to gain the details necessary to understand your situation (and understanding is the natural prerequisite to providing useful guidance to you).
Also, don't reveal personal information in this public forum...you put your real email address in that post, which is 1) not allowed per the Ts and Cs and 2) not wise given that this site is truly public, and you never know what kind of trolls are out looking for email addresses to victimize.

how do I indicate to the community that my issue has been resolve?
In a thread you originated (but not one that you may have jumped into), you go to the post that is the solution and click the appropriate button on that post.
