New to Blackberry 8900 and having problems

I have been having issues with my blackberry. This is my second 8900. Well under warrenty I was surprised that t mobile sent me out a refurb. The first 8900 had issues which were unclear to me however the tmobile store rep decided to have it exchanged out. Let me say that inaddition to the phone not working the original cd that came with my blackberry was not loading properly so I had to download device manager through the internet. This refurb 8900 after only two months of owning my first 8900 now has issues with working as a modem. Tmobile has not been able to resolve my issue. should blackberry get involved at this point. It is very important that I have the capability to use my 8900 as a modem as well. What can I do and who can I get to help me. t mobile has not offered to replace this phone or been able to get it to work.

Start a thread in the forum specific to your device just like you did here. This is just for introductions, but over in that forum users who know the 8900 will be able to give you advice about your specific BB model! :smileyhappy:
