Before you post a question for an issue you are having with your device, please inlcude this:

 

1. Your device model number (found on your device at Options > About).

2. Your carrier or mobile provider name. It helps to know in troubleshooting questions

3. Your OS release on the device (Look at Options > About, third line down beginning with a "v.4.xxx")
What is yours?

 

Please use as much pertinent detail in explaining your need or issue, such as  do you have a BlackBerry Internet Service (BIS) account with your mobile provider?

 


 

Likewise, it can be helpful to update your profile here in the forums.

 

Click above on My Settings, then click on Personal Profile, then click on Personal Information

Below, please enter your BlackBerry device model number (on your device at Options > About)

Also, please enter the name of your carrier or mobile provider.

 

Knowing this information will assist other users in helping you, and avoid the obvious first questions.
