Support through Blackberry

Hello, I was just curios, does Blackberry offer technical support other than through the communities?

Re: Support through Blackberry

Absolutely, more than just the "communities".

1. Your carrier on which you have your BIS BlackBerry Data service is the first route of support, for free.

2. Pay per incident support, direct from RIM.

Re: Support through Blackberry

Thanks J sanders for the reply, link, and clearing that up for me. I'm really don't have too much confidence in my carrier when it comes to technical support for my Blackberry, but like you said its free. Blackberry, the actually makers of the device should have a little more background compared to the carriers.
