Re: Welcome to the forums!

I am new tothe blackberry family (a week). I recently downloaded the Blackberry App World (BAW) but i have not been able to utilize the service. I keep getting the the following msg"

"Upgrade your service to a plan that includes browsing and discover a world of possibilities....."

I am currently using WiFi to connect to the internet..I have not yet taken out the Blackberry Enterprise Service. Is BAW only accessible when using BES. I am also not able to use Windows Live Msnger or the Facebook application. Is this also due to not have the BES?

Please advise.

Thank you in advance

Re: Welcome to the forums!

Hello - I am new to posting and desperately need help with my 8330.

I attempted to send an email but it failed "failed to send message - packet error". However, I need to either synch it to another email address or somehow print it out. For now, I saved the email

I do not want to resend, but that is the only option on the menu. Is there a way I can access this email without resending (e.g.., forward to another address, print). I created a backup and the only support I found for this was to save it to a .txt file, open it in Excel. While I can find the email, I need to be able to show proof of the email to someone non-technical.

I don't want to do anything to erase the email

Another question: As a last resort, if I resend, will it keep the original send date and time?
