My Carrier: MobiNil (egypt)

hello every blackberrian i'm a new user and a big fan of BB

hello every one am here to indruduce my self :smileyvery-happy:

am Tarek from egypt and i love, actually i adore BB in everthing .design ,sw interface and even the name and brand logo :smileyvery-happy: so consider me as a geek .

i have just moved from nokia symbian to BB os 7.0

i bought the mobile 9360 from a shop called (Mobile shop)  of course not locked to a network

actually i bought five devices :smileyvery-happy: (2 9380s , 1 9360 ,1 9780 and a 9300 3G ) it's all for my family and of course me :smileyvery-happy:

non of my family faced any issues except me , i already started many topics but most of them is unreplied yet :smileyhappy:

unlike the nokia discussion forums as everyone there is trying to help you as much as they could.

experience :

-well i bought my curve on 1/1/2012 after waiting for 3-4 months for it's release in egypt without being locked to a network which made me wait even longer till i found it at mobile shop  i was so happy that day and of course bought a 32GB microsd card for that lovely device.

-well i face alot of hardware and sw issues which made me a little disappointed in what i get for money.

but what can i say ( just my luck) and i find that the old devices. ie with os 6 has a good finishing unlike my curve 9360

which has a loose trackpad and i don't know why it warms up (like in fever) to some extent which worries me.

-For the sw side it's lovely and the icons looks lovely actually i love every smart aspect that BB provides, thanks to RIM of course ,but as every new smartphone you face issues which i face in my BB like freezes ,fb notificatons not all being pushed, also after copying photos to my BB using the BB desktop sw 6.1 i guess :smileyvery-happy: then i safely disconnect then open my pictures to see it ,1- i find either a green loading bar which is loading for about 15- 30 mins which makes the device in fever then a message appears with (your application memory is too low  ,which may have an impact on ur device please delete some data (language, or apps blal bla bla ) so i press back to ignore it, i wont delete nothing and i already have  about 22.7 GB of space available 2- or i find some of my folders arent there and no green bar :smileyvery-happy: and then i reboot to see them back .

-as for the music play back it's not really good even in headsets  i donno wheather there are other music compatiable headsets for BB or not but it works fair  but not good.

-the back cover opens really in an annoying way u might break it if you are not so carefull and unlike the predcessor (8900) which was better in it's finishing and the back cover opens simply by a lock release button .(wasn't availble in egypt :smileysad:

any ways i still love it,  i could affored to buy a torch 9850 or a bold 9900 but i hate touchscreens even if they were touch n type combo . i hate the concept of touch screens.(i hate mistapping links and stuff)

hopes :

1-well i hope that RIM wouldn't kill non-touch screen phones in future models as i do like BBs and i wanna stick to BBs till the day i die.

and choosing that curve in particular was for the good design, flash camera and of course for the non-touch screen.

2-hope that BB could produce more smart devices like the lovely playbook but in 3G with sim card support,

and may be laptops and computers which is something i dreamed of last night. :smileyvery-happy: i told you am a BB geek.:smileyvery-happy:

thanks

hope that everyone loves his / her BB as much as i do

bye

*sorry for my bad typing  :smileyhappy:

just moved from nokia to BB :smileyhappy:

not an expert but am trying .
