Hi I am new to blackberry communmity forum and need any tips to get the best out of my phone I have had software problems trying to retrive my archives of apps which the phone stored itself when my phone crashed just after buying it some have been retrived but others still have the arrow underneath please can someone advise me thank you

Please let us know

 

  • what smartphone you have
  • what OS system are you using?
  • Did you back up the phone after you purchased it using desktop manager?
