Ok, so I am late to the party, but, what the hell does the new ad campaign have to do with a Blackberry device? Who's the nutball at RIM that loves the Beetles??? Frankly, I am sick looking at and listening to happy pony tunes on every phone commercial since the crackers at iPhone got it all started
. Look, you have a piece of technological wizardry, and you are going to perform a "feel good" tune to introduce it with? At least you got the introduction to the Storm 2 right - hard hitting - attention getting - no that's what I am talking about. Even the new Droid-Verizon commercial gets you watching with something that looks like a movie trailer. F-117's - YES - Happy, feel good, feed the birds and over 40-year old beetle jingles - NO NO NO!!! 
So, here I sit, finished venting, knowing that I will not feel any better until the BB commercials turn macho once again. I know, I know, don't I have anything significant to contribute here, or anywhere else in life...well, yes, I am going to go make a sandwich, have a beer, and watch "Happy Pony" cartoons.

This is not RIM - it is a group of volunteers that try to help others with their BlackBerry devices.
Maybe you can send some suggestions with ideas and may be power point or home made video to RIM and see if they will use it. IT would give them a different perspective.

Hi happy _2b_Grumby and welcome to the forums! I don't want to get your hopes up too high but I did hear a rumor the other day about a new device announced by RIM. I don't think this will invoke images of flower power. So I gotta ask you, do you feel lucky? Well do you?
