When a BlackBerry® smartphone user downloads or purchases an application from BlackBerry World and issues arise, their first avenue for support is through the third-party developer. BlackBerry smartphone users will be able to contact the third-party developer using the Contact Support button in the application.
If a BlackBerry smartphone user is having problems with an application and the third-party developer has exhausted all troubleshooting options, the third-party developer can contact storefrontmanager@rim.com with the following information:
- Application name
- BlackBerry smartphone personal identification number (PIN)
- BlackBerry smartphone user’s PayPal® email account
- Any error messages, or information provided by the BlackBerry smartphone user
