This article applies to the Plazmic Content Developer’s Kit™ (CDK) for BlackBerry®.

When you attempt to install the Plazmic CDK, the following error appears:

Cause 1

There is insufficient space on the partition that contains your temporary file folder.

Resolution

Verify that there is at least 200 MB available on the partition that contains your temporary file folder, or extract the files to another folder location with sufficient space.

Cause 2

The download of the Plazmic CDK installation file was not successful. The file is incomplete or corrupt.

Resolution

Download the Plazmic CDK installation file again.
