You need to follow the same steps to sign your application as before. But remember to rise your application version number for example from 126.96.36.199 to 188.8.131.52

I got the same yesterday for the latest version of my (previously approved) app. I'm on Mac OS X, and I suspect the hidden files Mac OS X adds to folders confuses the PlayBook, even though my app works perfectly fine in the 0.9.4 simulator. Maybe the Test House is using devices with a new version of the OS loaded on them.

In fact , I made 4 apps for the appworld.
All of them have been signed by SDK 0.9.3 and approved in early March。
After that , I received the mail from RIM weeks ago. notify me two apps need to rebuild with 0.9.4.
I download the latest SDK 0.9.4 and sign ,submit , also fix some app bugs at this time.
It is so strange to me that app denied because of the sign issue,
because my sign process made by Script ( a .BAT file in Win OS ,every sign command is with - verbose ) ,everything show right. and I have checked the "four adding file" after sign also.
Now ,the another two launched apps are both signed by 0.9.3.
so the only one case in my mind , but it's almost impossible.
"it should be something wrong with my upgrading from 0.9.3 to 0.9.4.
and the sign tools doesn't report properly also."
Let it be ... 19th, April is not so far .
I will verify it ASAP , when the real PlayBook device ship to China.
