I'm using the release version of Flash Builder 4.5 and the latest SDK. I've got all debug tokens created and am able to load apps onto my PlayBook. However, they quit (or crash) immedietely as they are run. I've tried brand new empty projects as well as our existing titles in the App Store all with the same results.

I do see the splash screens. One is custom and another the default. I'm not getting any trace statements in Flash Builder 4.5 or notifications (that I can see) on the PlayBook. I've tried rebooting, including a hard reboot (holding the power button for 15 seconds).
My PlayBook is one of the earlier production models if that would make any impact. It is updated to the release firmware and everyting else runs properly.

Here is the solution:
Or more specifically the instruction on this page:
I was running the old .9.3 SDK previously and figured I'd update everything to the newest versions as we get back into doing development again. We should have checked this forum first to find out the release build of 4.5 shouldn't be used yet.
The hot fix was easy to setup and now everything is working properly.
