I have created somes apps and games for BB10 using AIR and want to have the apps qualified for B4B.
The most important requirement for B4B is 'BlackBerry 10 Service Integration', has anyone, some sample code for BB10 service integration?
I guess even Invokation Framework is also valid. Any source code would be appritiated.

There is some documentation on invoke here: https://developer.blackberry.com/html5/apis/blackb
I don't have it working yet, and I don't know if or how that will work for AIR apps.
