Blackberry devices and Adobe AIR

Got a interesting question from one person, does other Blackberry devices support Adobe AIR? If no, any idea IF BB smartphones will support AIR, any rumours ?

no rumors, just facts - there is the BlackBerry Tablet OS SDK for Adobe AIR

Hm... allmost, still a bit unsure if AIR works with BB smartphones.

For Playbook we have simulator to test on, but how about Phones ?

nope, there is no Air support for smartphones (at least for now).

Would be punch-in-the-face if phones will not support AIR in future.

Well all Blackberry phones will eventually run the on the new QNX OS,

but there need to be dual core.

I thought I heard some rumours that the first Blackberry QNX phones will be launched in Q4 2011 or Q1 2012.

The new QNX phones will almost certainly run AIR. I highly doubt that anything before that will.

Very Cool.

It sounds that AIR will create history, most of the dominant devices are abel to run AIR apps, this is coing to be the Next Big Thing!
