Way back in December, they didn't seem to be looking at them at all.
Some time around when the 0.9.2 SDK was released in January, they seemed to catch up, and I believe at this point most new tickets will move from New (or whatever) to "Triage" within 3-5 days.
Once in Triage, they may sit for... well, months (judging by several of mine). You may or may not see other signs of activity.
In any case, if it's a ticket you've created, you'll see emails whenever there's an update or status change.
