Can a game built in Flash exported to BlackBerry with Air?

This may be a newbie question but...

A year ago I built a concept mobile game using Adobe CS5 Flash, the game was a combination of timeline and ActionScript.

Could this file easily be exported form Flash and imported into BlackBerry's App World?

Re: Can a game built in Flash exported to BlackBerry with Air?

easily? no.

with a bit of effort? maybe

it actually depends on your flash file. i made bad experiences for example trying to port an old .swf with ActionScript 2.0 because all actions were just being ignored. with AS3 there SHOULD be no problem

what you have to do in general: install the sdk, package your game via command line, sign it and done. here's a link with more instructions

http://www.hsharma.com/tutorials/10-easy-steps-to-package-and-sign-air-apps-for-playbook/

when you're lucky, you can deploy it directly to your playbook and it works. elsewise....well, depends on the swf Smiley Happy

good luck!
