I am no longer able to request debug tokens. I receive an error telling me that my password is incorrect or that the cause of the error is most likely that the password is incorrect. However it seems very unlikely to me that the password is incorrect. Can I somehow reset the password or get a new certificate before the free Playbook promotion ends?
Additionally I am unable to log into my vendor account. I've tried with several web browsers and have reset my password twice. Has anyone else had this problem?
