Can't upload debug token

On the device, it says token not installed. The remove debug token button is there but disabled. the upload debug token button is not there. Restoring does not help. Any help?

Re: Can't upload debug token

Version 2.0 no longer has an Upload Debug Token button.  Just put the device into Developer Mode to upload the debug token.

Re: Can't upload debug token

That's some really bad usability. I stumbled across the same problem and couldn't figure it out till I saw this thread

Re: Can't upload debug token

The idea is to make this easier.  It is one less button to press and you no longer have to upload it before the debug upload mode time expires (was 10 minutes).
