Custom QNX Lists

Does anyone know if RIM plans to document the protected methods in the API? I've had to subclass Lists recently and it'd be nice if I knew what half the methods did.

you can access the decompiled source code of the qnx-screen.swc using the free/demo version of Trillix.  it will be decompiled, so not everything will be exactly as it is, but it should give you a good enough idea of what's going on.

qnx-screen.swc is located here:  blackberry-tablet-sdk-0.9.2 > frameworks > libs > qnx-screen > qnx-screen.swc

duplicate the .swc file since you'll want to maintain the original, change .swc to .zip, unzip the file and decompile the library.swf file that is located inside the zip archive.

from Trillix, you'll find the decompiled List class and it's protected functions on the left panel under:  Scripts > ActionScript 3.0 > package qnx > package ui > package listClasses > class List
