Debug Token From FB to PlayBook Failing

It seems like nothing works on the PlayBook any more.

Most recently, it is refreshing the debug tokens to the PlayBook.  Works fine to BB10 devices.

I get an error:

"Info: Sending request: Install Debug Token"

Reason: Error uploading debug tokens.

On the PlayBook, the "Debug Token" is "Not installed" and dev mode is on.

This use to work not too long ago.

I've tried uploading existing, renew existing, restarting the device.

Anyone else see this issue?

Re: Debug Token From FB to PlayBook Failing

Some things to try...

  • switch between Wifi and USB
  • for USB: set to Win or Mac, not Auto
  • for wifi: check IP's
  • try with fresh FB workspace
  • check dates, times and timezones
  • install token from command line
  • reset device password

Re: Debug Token From FB to PlayBook Failing

USB does not work.  Think it is conflicting with BB10 setup on PC. IP is fine.  It knows that it was not in dev mode, and after setting to dev mode, the errors begin.

Date/time/tz is correct.

Tried the Graphical Aid editor to ad the token, and same error, nothing gets added.

Tried to install a signed version via the Graphical Aid Editor and get this:

Able to ping the device fine.

Re: Debug Token From FB to PlayBook Failing

It is something about the device.  I was able to create and upload a debug token on another PB device.  So at least I can proceed now.

Probably have to do a wipe on my main device.
