Disable overScroll in QNXStageWebView

[ Edited ]

I am trying to disable the bounce back / overScrolling on the playbook QNXStageWebView control, but I haven't been able to do it and I haven't found anything online.

I am working with Adobe Flex 4.6 and Tablet SDK 2.1

Anyone knows how to do this? If its not possible, any suggestions on how to work around this issue?

Thanks

Re: Disable overScroll in QNXStageWebView

You could probably do it by inserting a meta tag in the header of the loaded HTML, e.g.

<meta name="viewport" id="viewport" content="width=device-width,height=device-height,initial-scale=1.0,user-scalable=no" />

Another way might be via a bit of extra CSS:

body {
  overflow:hidden;
}

Or you might be able to do it by injecting some JavaScript&colon;

document.addEventListener('touchmove', function(e) {
    e.preventDefault();
    window.scroll(0,0);
    return false;
}, false);

Re: Disable overScroll in QNXStageWebView

Thanks for the quick response, but I was looking for a native AS3 fix instead of the CSS/JS since I not always load content that I have control over.

Any other ideas?
