Do I need to repack my BB PB OS 2.1 app?

Hi there, I wrote an Adobe AIR based app and it is up for sale for BB PB OS 2.x. Do I need to do anything to bring my app to OS 10 ? Like repacking, recompiling or something else. Thanks a lot Robert

Re: Do I need to repack my BB PB OS 2.1 app?

If it is still a PlayBook app, no. OS 10 is only for BB10 phones. BB10 for the tablet wont be available for a few months. If you are going to bring your PlayBook app to the phone, then yes. You need to get the new SDK and simulator and use the fuse controls (if applicable).

Thanks a lot. I just wondered because I read, that there will be an update fo BB PB shortly after release of the OS10 phone. And yes it will be also in future an only Playbook app. Best Robert

If there is a PlayBook OS update any time soon, it is probably still on the 2.x code base.
