I have participated in "PlayBook Tablet offer" and made an application. After sending application for sale I recieved e-mail with request of completing shipping information. But when I went by that link I saw white page with only one sentence: "Order NN has already been placed for this user." but I hadn't completed any shipping information before. After I sent mail about this problem to BlackBerryPlayBookOffer@tmgideas.com about 3 days ago, but didn't receive any answer. Can you tell me what I should doing or another support e-mail to send this problem?
