Re: Exit button for bb10 app

There is some simple code to exit the application (I'm going to look it up now) but as an aside you don't actually need to provide the option as users can exit any application by swiping up and the clicking the "x" on the active frame (minimized app).

Re: Exit button for bb10 app

I think this is the code you need.

NativeApplication.nativeApplication.exit();

Re: Exit button for bb10 app

I tried that one too.But it doesn't work.If I click on the Exit button,nothing happens.But its a relief to hear that it may not be necessary to include an exit button.

There may not be a chance that my app gets rejected because of not including an exit button, is there?

Re: Exit button for bb10 app

Yeah sorry about the code not working its been a few years since I used it.

As for app approval/rejection... No you're fine not to include an exit button. In fact not one of the apps I've made have included an exit button ;-)
