I recently had to get my free PB replaced as well (the camera was not functioning any longer).
The FedEx guy came to the office to pick up my PB.
He printed out the shipping label right then and there.
So, I never received any shipping label prior to the FedEx guy arriving.
Did you ask the FedEx guy if he had a shipping label?

Yup, I made sure to ask them each time - the driver said he only had instructions for picking up a package with no idea where to send it to. I also asked if there was someone he could call for that information (He said no)
Perhaps the person scheduling my pickup is forgetting to pass on the information? I'll definitely ask again if or when FedEx drops by. Thanks for letting me know!

Has the PlayBook exchange service been shut down? If you write an email to BlackberryPlaybookReturns@tmgideas.com the mail delivery will fail. What should I do with my defective PlayBook now?
When I start the camera, the display shows vertical bars in greyscales for both of the cameras instead of the live camera view....

I have the same problem with free PB. Could it be the SW issue after OS upgrade?
