HELP!! How to use Adam Stanley's template and AIR Native extensions

I have a web works app which needs to interact with native C code in playbook.

 

The app uses adobe air native extensions to make the native call, from a HTML

UI. I am following the below 2 tutorials for the same :

The "Creating Sample Air Application" part from the second link, needs to be done in HTML using Adam 

Stanley's template.

 

My question is once I have built the ane file(com.example.ane as shown in tutorial link #2),how do I integrate it with the UI which uses the Adam Stanley template (that is call the ane library from the Template.as tutorial link #1).

 

Do I need to copy the ane part into the fielder C:\Program Files\Research In Motion\BlackBerry WebWorks SDK for TabletOS\bbwp\ext\Template or package the native extension code along with the bar file or something ?

.ane package have to be included in the bar, it cannot be done with webworks packager afaik, you would have to upackage bar that web packager created and repackage it using airpackager and add -ane option

Thanks, still a bit confused though, could you provide me with a sample command line instruction for this.
