How do i load a local file into a URLRequest object?

I have no idea how I am supposed to do it.

I'm trying to access files that are in the "camera" folder, and put the path to them in a URLRequest object

I tried using URLRequest("/camera/<whatever>.jpg"), but it gives me "Error #2044: Unhandled IOErrorEvent: text=Error #2035: URL Not Found"

So I looked here:  http://supportforums.blackberry.com/t5/Tablet-OS-SDK-for-Adobe-AIR/BlackBerry-PlayBook-File-System-L...

I tried URLRequest("/share/camera/<whatever>.jpg"), but i get the same error.

I know I'm using URLRequest right, because the application does what i want it to do if i load an image from the internet.

Where are the files in the "camera" folder?  Sorry If this is something obvious, but I've been trying for a while now.
