Invoking Email composer with HTML content

Hi all. Is there a way to invoke Email composer and fill it with text/html content type. Setting the mime type to text/html and giving byte array data in InvokeRequest doesn't work. It is not documented here http://developer.blackberry.com/air/documentation/bb10/email.html but maybe someone will know?

Strange that it is not documented. It is so simple and needed functionality.

Re: Invoking Email composer with HTML content

Did you try with the navigateToURL function ?

navigateToURL(new URLRequest("mailto:?to=me@me.com&subject=My subject&body=" + encodeUri(htmlContent))

Maybe the same or something similar. I don't remember exactly so I will try it next week.

Re: Invoking Email composer with HTML content

navigateToURL "mailto:" doesn't render html content. It's the same as using standart invocation - shows only text.

Re: Invoking Email composer with HTML content

I'm wondering about this too: I want to send a tabular record of transactions in an HTML table via email and getting raw markup in the destination... is it possibly that the markup is being turned into entities like < instead of passing through unaltered?
