Is FlashBuilder mandatory for creating AIR games for PlayBook?

I have a customer with some AIR games that is interested to publish them on BB, but they are made with Flash. With Flash CS 5.5 I can convert them to AIR, and deploy to Android.

But if I go to the "download SDK" page from BB (https://bdsc.webapps.blackberry.com/air/download/sdk) and it says that I need Flash Builder. Is that absolutely mandatory? Is it possible to publish Flash made games to PlayBook?

Re: Is FlashBuilder mandatory for creating AIR games for PlayBook?

FlashBuilder is not mandatory for creating AIR applications/games for the PlayBook.

I've personally built several apps/games for the PlayBook using nothing more fancy than a plain old text editor and the command line tools to build, sign, package, deploy etc.

PlayBook Apps: DataMine, Dots + Boxes, 5 Marbles
BlackBerry SmartPhone Apps: 5 Marbles Soon: **** (D.Z.A), ****Quest, **** Challenge, VaultCracker, DevBrowser, Radial****
