after the installation of the new sdk I got a strange problem:
When I want to set path to the new SDK in FB Burrito ( window -> Prefs -> FlashBuilder -> Target Platforms -> BB Tablet OS ), the following error msg appears:
BlackBerry Tablet OS SDK tool 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Ad...blackberry-tablet-sdk-1.0.1' cannot be found on the disk
when I change the lines to 0.9.4, everything works !? The path is correct, otherwise another error msg would appear ( C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Flash Builder Burrito\sdks\blackberry-tablet-sdk-1.0.10xyz does not exist )
more information: OS Win 7 64 bit, everything, including the plugins are installed as admin ... everything is started in admin mode and I also tested it as a normal user ...
any ideas how to solve this problem ?

Aaaahhh. I found it.

I think I ran into the same problem guru, but I don't recall clearly as it was late last night. Anyway, I had left FB open while installing the SDK so I simply closed the application and re-opened it.
But then, that was on XP, not W7, so it might not be the same problem after all... Sorry for not being real clrea - I've slept since then.

my FB was closed all the time during the installation process ... so i m not quiet sure if it is the same problem or not. reopening was not the solution :-(
hopefully i can find a solution for this problem soon

make sure to launch burrito by right clicking and then selecting "Run as Administrator" -- sounds like ur having permission issues and cant add / access stuff.
do this even if you are the system admin. good luck!

I have 2 Windows 7 pc's, one changed to SDK 1.0.1 fine, the other did not. Both are 32 bit OS's.
Anyway, I figured out what Flash Builder Burrito is looking for, and have a fix for you:
It's trying to access a file named "blackberry-packager.bat" within "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Flash Builder Burrito\sdks\blackberry-tablet-sdk-1.0.1\bin"
No such file exists, but a similar file - "blackberry-nativepackager.bat" does exist.
Copy the two files named "blackberry-nativepackager" and "blackberry-nativepackager.bat" and rename them to "blackberry-packager" and "blackberry-packager.bat", and Flash Builder Burrito should allow the change to the SDK.
No idea why FBB is looking for this file on one machine, and not the other (the other machine does not have this file either, but installation works fine - go figure!)
