Re: List semi-transparent bug?

The parent container is a UIComponent that draws the border and contains the list and close button.  When that is shown, it uses Tweener to bring up the alpha value to 1 (on the container).  And when it is closed, brings down the alpha value to 0.  When I remove the Tweener calls, it displays fine.  Not as cool in bringing the alpha up and down, but at lease you can see the items in the list.

Works as you would expect in AIR, just not the simulator.

Re: List semi-transparent bug?

one of the adobe people tweeted a few weeks ago that the PlayBook SDK uses Tweener as it's native tweening engine, which would certainly be used in their list classes - it's a long shot but perhaps there is a conflict and a different tweening engine would work?
