Manually close a picker

I have a QNX Picker object and it is not being closed when I click outside of it as it normally does. After selecting an item in the scrolling picker, normally when I click outside the picker, the picker closes and the Event.close is fired.

I have the picker inside a CellRenderer and I have to click to an area completely outside of the list area. If I click another list item or a button on the list, the picker stays open.

I can't see a method to make the picker close.

Did you ever find a solution to this? I'm running into the same problem.

Re: Manually close a picker

Hi ChillyBin,in Qnx Picker there is a method close(). But if you will use this method then Event.Close event will not occur. So i will advice you to do your functionality on Event.select and then you can use close method. Benefits of Evebnt.select if you scroll very fast , then still you can fire select event.
