I've phoned again. This time the priority of my login issue has been raised. Hopefully they will come up with a solution before the end of March the 2nd.

The free Playbook promo is almost over and the problem has not been resolved. Has anyone else got access to their account?

This issue has been resolved!

 

Try resetting your password to something simple. No numbers, no symbols, no mixed case of letters. Of course this is only a short term solution since the passwords strength will not be that high. So make sure not to use a word found in the dictionary or anything obvious.
