Send auto - generated mail to user

Hai all I need ti know if it is posible to send an email from your app. For example. say u tried to sign in the app and you forgot the password . if you forgot your password then by clicking a button a mail should go to an mail id which was given during installation..? Is it possible..?? I dont need to edit the mail content any. Just by clicking the button the mail should go to the given mail id..??

Re: Send auto - generated mail to user

The e-mail containing the password would be in the "sent mail" folder, rendering your password protection useless...

Best to send that to your server that probably has the password information and then send it to the email address that they registered to.
