This isn't right... something went wrong in App World somewhere to cause this.
Can you send me your vendor ID and I can look into this further? Feel free to send via private message if you don't want to post that in here.
How did you contact App World Support? Their email contact is email@example.com and they don't offer phone support. So it sounds like the delay may have been caused by routing the issue to the wrong place.
Regardless... we'll get this fixed up for you ASAP.

Finally got this situation fixed and I retract anything negative I said about Blackberry's support.. Once you get in contact with the right people they are very eager to help you and stick with you until the problem is resolved.
MSohm was a great help to me, and has been to many others on this forums, thanks!
Cant wait to get my Playbook to fine tune my app!
