Share from AIR app

Hi,

 

Is there a way by which I can open the system 'Share' option to share the image created from my application?

 

I am creating a cutom image from my application and would like to provide user option to share this.

Assuming you are talking BB10. You have to use the invocation framework and set up your request for the image. I cannot recall if the universal share panel will be shown automatically, but it would be easy to build based on a query target request.

Thanks for the reply but I am not getting it clearly.

 

I have saved the image in 'Photos' folder and I want to share that image. Can anyways I open the universal share panel from AIR app? And how exactly I can use the invocation framework?

First I would test of the card for the image viewer has the share feature. To invoke that, look here:

If that does not work, look at the invocation framework for a more fuller implementation. Great tutorial can be found here Smiley Wink
