Unable to launch App with ANE

I have been unable to launch an app that makes use of a native extension. Everything compiles with no errors, but when I go to launch the app it closes before it gets a started. Which has left me unable to even debug the app.

I have removed all references of the extension from the code, but am still bundling the .swc and .ane files (along with a reference in the -app.xml). Does anyone have any ideas of what may be causing this behavior?

Re: Unable to launch App with ANE

Have you examined the log file? Or debugged your ANE initialization from within Momentics?

There does not appear to be any log file to examine.

The ANE file at this point is just the sample say hello program so I doubt that there is an issue there. I suspect that the problem is something I am doing wrong in embedding/enableing/linking the .ane and .swc files

Re: Unable to launch App with ANE

In creating your ANE, under QCC Linker/Libraries, do you have AirStub added for all configurations? Under the AS3 side do you have "-swf-version 13" added to your compiler arguments?

Re: Unable to launch App with ANE

Thanks for your help.

I was using the "-swf-version 13" argument when creating the .swc but not while compiling my application.

It appears to work now...
