Using MXML to develop BB Tablet application with Adobe Flash Builder

I am looking for some sample code to use MXML to create components for the Playbook.

Is that possible? I haven't seen a sample, and I heard that Action Scripts are recommended to use.

 

What is the reason if that is true, that MXML can not be used? 

Without MXML the advantage of using Flash Buidler is limited.

 

Without the separation of the look and feel (MXML) and logic (*as), the developent for the Tablet will be a pain using Adobe Flash Builder.

It's like saying you need to use only javaScript and no HTML allowed, to create a web site. Not many people would do that.

MXML and the Flex framework are not one and the same.  You can use MXML but it will take a little extra work.  See these posts for a start:
