We have used the no code approach documented in the post below to create a number of no-code apps that simply launch the browser with a given URL.
With the demise of Air at 10.3 will these apps also stop working? I am assuming they will but would like a definitive answer please.

An app that compiles ontop of AIR will stop working when 10.3.1 is released.
The good news is that these are actually just webworks apps and (as of OS 10.0) can be easily recompiled without involving the AIR runtime at all.

That is correct, they will cease to function in 10.3.1.
We have created a new article that explains how to make one of these applications without AIR, using just the WebWorks SDK.
The article is available here: How To - Create a URL Launching Application for BlackBerry 10

It's available now. It was on its way up when I posted that message.
I've updated my post above to reflect that the article is now live.
