A customer who purchased my app, accidentally deleted it and it does not appear in their uninstalled list. How can they reinstall without repurchasing?
I tried asking RIM vendor portal support, but they want $250 up front.

Just ask for the user's BlackBerry ID and add it to your sandbox. That way he/she will be able to install it free of charge regardless of RIM's mistakes.

I also have a customer that just came to me with the same problem - said the app disappeared after a reboot, It did not show up in his Uninstalled list for reinstall, so I referred him to attempt the purchase button and login fix. Awaiting to see if that worked.
