@mdd: Are you saying that people are upgrading to a new release of the app but are getting an earlier version instead? If so, we've been dealing with this for close to a month and RIM has no idea why this is occurring. Every day we been fighting this issue. If this is the case, please contact dev support to get a ticket open.

It was a new purchase rather than an upgrade:
my latest approved release is 0.20.12.6, but AppWorld on my PB shows 0.0.20.11 and that is what the customer got.
AppWorld on web shows the correct version: 0.20.12.6.
I spent a whole day looking for a bug, but then checked the sales report... I have already emailed vendor support but no response at all. How do I create a ticket?
Why are others mentioning post for sale PER RELEASE? I see no way to do that on vendor portal...

Customer reports that the latest version is available if they access AppWorld in English.
My app IS localized, but only includes en_US and en_CA locales. Should I have selected "all languages" instead of only English?

AppWorld on web says the latest version's release date is JULY 21 (1 month after approval) - is this normal? I did not notice any delay for previous releases?
Changing language makes no difference to what I see in PB AppWorld - still the ancient version...

I encounter the same issue:
-customer is complaining about buying an "old" version
-release date of the latest version is displaying +1 extra month on AppWorld now
