blackberry-deploy errno 2

Following the steps in 'NativeSDK Getting Started' verbatim, I get the following error when deploying the gles1-vsync sample:

C:\Blackberry\Projects\QNX\gles1-vsync>blackberry-deploy -installApp -password password -device 192.168.44.130 -package gles1vsync.bar
Sending Install request...

Anyone know what's wrong? This worked, once.

Re: blackberry-deploy errno 2

"NativeSDK Getting Started"?  Do you have a link to that?  This is the forum for Adobe AIR development for the PlayBook, so unless this is something that just came out at the BBWC today, I'm not sure anyone else here will know much about it.
